Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience
  • Significant FP&A, Finance or related experience with a focus on technology
  • Familiarity working within the software industry and SaaS business-models
  • Experience working with Go-To-Market organisations with ownership of complex budgets
  • Capability to build and operate core FP&A processes
  • US multinational company experience is preferable
  • Expert with spreadsheets, specifically using Google Sheets
  • Strong familiarity and understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics
  • High competency with Anaplan is desired
Responsibilities
  • Become a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership across the EMEA region
  • Manage Sales headcount and overall expense forecasts and budgets
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly reporting on the performance of the EMEA business
  • Coordinate with Accounting to manage month-end close processes
  • Partner with the Facilities team globally to manage the worldwide Sales Offices budget
  • Provide finance support on the International expansion plan
  • Improve financial processes and implement system improvements
  • Work and build relationships with important partners across Sales Strategy and senior leaders
