- Provide basic computer and Microsoft 365 training to residents and employees.
- Offer in-home technology assistance to residents and support resident activities requiring technical expertise.
- Assist with community audiovisual equipment.
- Identify opportunities to improve troubleshooting resources and support processes.
- Deliver prompt, professional, hospitality-focused customer service with every interaction.
- An Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field.
