Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of agency or other media related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Working knowledge of OX/Media Ocean, Prisma, Guidelines (formerly Media Tools), CMR, IMS, Excel and Power Point.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with an aptitude for accuracy and detail.
Responsibilities
  • Supervises and supports planning team in the development of sound strategic media recommendations.
  • Communicates with MD on issues and project deadlines.
  • Generates and maintains information flow between the LDA Media Team, LDA Account/Field teams and Zenith Media.
  • Builds and maintains solid working relationships with each team.
  • Delegates and follows-up on projects with Media Planners (MPs), Assistant Media Planner (AMPs) and other agency counterparts to ensure timely completion.
  • Develops and trains MPs and AMPs.
  • Ensuring accurate financial accountability and maintenance on media plans at all times.
  • Develop POVs on a variety of media opportunities and provide guidance to Assistants and Planners.
  • Maintain positive relationships with the Media community.
  • Development of client presentations for various dealer meetings using power point or other presentation.
