Responsibilities
  • Triage newly reported problems to coordinate with TPA for escalations and monitoring
  • Work with key areas on obtaining Impact List to be generated for reporting
  • Work with GA Communications teams to assist in drafting talking points and apology letters for operational and external communications
  • Maintain records throughout the incident/problem lifecycle via our reporting admin system, LockPath
  • Entering new incidents into LockPath for Op Risk reporting
  • Updating records with real-time notes
  • Assist in maintaining data for our Monthly/Quarterly Dashboards
  • Pulling data from LockPath to create drafts of summary
  • Support Incident Resolution team with ad-hoc issues, such as organizing meeting minutes and key takeaways from Stakeholder calls, being the primary backup for team members while on PTO, and sending formal communications to Incident Awareness distribution groups
