Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in medical or biological sciences is required (clinical diagnostics preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales data tracking systems
  • Previous business experience in product demonstration, installation, and training
  • Minimum of five years in medical sales and three years of sales experience in IVF clinics (preferably in laboratory sales) or minimum of five years’ employment in clinical IVF.
  • In-­‐depth IVF knowledge and understand the workflow in an IVF setting
  • Proven track record of success in establishing new market and new products and increasing revenue quickly.
  • Strong presentation skills -­‐ proficient in delivering clinically relevant presentations to physicians and clinical staff.
  • Background in medical or biological sciences (clinical diagnostics preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for geography specific sales activities to drive market adoption and business growth within the IVF sector
  • Increasing revenue and driving market development through direct sales to individual IVF Centers.
  • Sales efforts include effective prospecting, cultivating and maintaining key relationships,
  • Creating and implementing a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography.
  • Sales efforts will focus on currently marketed products and new product launches.
  • Contract negotiations to drive sales
  • Multi-state field travel
