Requirements
  • 10+ years of intelligence analysis / all-source analysis / systems analysis (or related) experience.
  • Familiarity with information management systems and search tools used by the Intelligence Community.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with foreign governments and industry personnel at all levels of seniority.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in working out solutions to problems or questions related to the work, writing clear and concise intelligence products, and delivering written and/or verbal presentations to US and foreign senior leadership for decision-making purposes.
  • Understanding of the levels of warfare and the nuances that exist between tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence.
  • Experience in SIGINT system design, SIGINT systems operations, analysis tools, and/or related fields.
  • Active US passport is required.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Unites States (US) Air Force (USAF) Life Cycle Management Center’s (AFLCMC) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Intelligence Support Division (AFLCMC/WF2) and AFLCMC program offices that are conducting FMS activities.
  • Produce intelligence documents (such as Intelligence Health Assessments) for programs.
  • Review intelligence reports concerning partner nation activities and provide threat summaries to FMS program managers.
  • Coordinate Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) interoperability issues and details with partner nation, Combatant Commands (CCMD), USAF, Intelligence Community (IC), and other Department of Defense (DoD) ISR entities.
  • Orchestrate US IC support to FMS programs.
  • Support the ISR team lead as needed for technical reviews and risk assessments.
  • Educate and inform the program manager and supporting contractors on Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities, coverage, and release restrictions.
  • Provide ISR Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) expertise to the program and participate in PED oriented activities, help identify training requirements of customer programs and potential shortfalls.
  • Educate and inform of the overall ISR capabilities of the system beyond what the OEM is responsible for to include interfacing with partner command and control (C2) network, mission and sensor planning, and data management.
