Responsibilities
  • Own, optimize, and scale all paid channels with a special focus on SEM, APP stores and all tertiary channels (display, affiliates, YouTube, programmatic, influencer acquisition etc.) with a focus on efficiency CAC, optimization, revenue and profit growth.
  • Develop full-funnel acquisition and partner on retention strategies to maximize ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Own strategy and execution for third-party marketplaces, collaborating with Product and cross-functional team leads.
  • Identify emerging channels and testing opportunities to stay ahead of digital trends.
  • Define a rigorous test-and-learn framework to optimize budget allocation, channel mix, and creative performance.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Finance to improve forecasting, budgeting, and performance visibility.
  • Build strategies rooted in customer lifecycle metrics including acquisition, repeat behavior, retention, and LTV.
  • Highly collaborative with CRM and Lifecycle Marketing to drive personalization and improve customer engagement through high-impact programs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing managers and channel specialists, fostering a high-performance, test-and-learn culture.
  • Build a data-driven decision-making framework across the team to drive strategic and tactical improvements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, privacy regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive in digital marketing.
  • Partner closely with Brand and Creative to test and scale creative assets across media channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive acquisition strategies across paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and programmatic/display channels.
  • Manage daily execution and performance optimization of campaigns to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC across multiple brands.
  • Oversee a high-performing team of acquisition marketers, fostering a culture of testing, innovation, and accountability.
  • Partner with creative and analytics teams to produce, test, and iterate on ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities through competitor analysis, platform updates, and emerging trends in digital marketing.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with platform representatives, affiliate networks, and external agencies.
  • Drive strategic recommendations and performance insights to executive leadership, ensuring acquisition strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Partner with Growth Hacking Test to lead to A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to optimize campaign elements and user acquisition funnels.
