Responsibilities
  • Deliver an amazing client experience; no matter what. Build a foundation of investment, personal finance and stock trading knowledge. You will have to explain investment, personal finance and stock trading concepts in a simple and accessible way.
  • Execute regular tasks for Clients including manual trades in collaboration with cross-functional partners across Wealthsimple.
  • Identify operational improvements to improve productivity and efficiency for trading processes.
  • Be a key part in monitoring, facilitating and improving operational processes and working with our back-office to deliver an exceptional service to our clients.
  • Build training materials and information to share with other Client Success teams in the organization.
  • Participate in strong feedback loops in a meaningful way as we launch new Product features.
