Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the CEO as a thought partner
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategy and conduct planning
  • Build out early business functions and prepare a process and playbook to scale them
  • Build revenue forecasts, analyze current business performance, and assess market opportunities
  • Support CEO with sales materials, investor updates, fundraising, and go-to-market efforts
  • Drive special projects across Product, Operations, Growth, Go-to-Market, and Recruiting
  • Analyze opportunities, conduct research, develop strategic plans for pricing and monetization
  • Operationalize and manage manual tests of potential revenue generating opportunities
  • Identify process issues and recommend solutions to improve using data
  • Communicate data and strategy through well-built and easy to follow presentations
  • Think of new ways to add value to the business through partnerships, growth/product ideas, experiments, etc
  • Collaborate across the organization and help shape an organizational culture of feedback, ownership, and excellence
