Requirements
  • You are seeking an apprenticeship as part of a master's degree in e-commerce, project management, or digital marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of a portfolio of marketplace partner merchants by monitoring key indicators and co-constructing personalized recommendations to optimize catalog performance.
  • Ensure an excellent customer purchasing experience by monitoring merchants' compliance with quality standards and helping resolve operational difficulties quickly.
  • Co-construct improvement projects with internal offer, digital, and retail media teams to propose new features and help develop innovative services for partners.
  • Support and retain merchants by training them on marketplace tools and providing first-level assistance.
  • Participate in operational tracking of digital or commercial projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous internship or apprenticeship experience involving customer or commercial partner relationship management.
  • Experience using and monitoring dashboards or key performance indicators.
