  • 15+ years in digital, media, or ad tech sales
  • 5+ years of advanced TV advertising experience
  • Experience in selling CTV to agency holding companies, via managed service and/or programmatic
  • Deep relationships within the CTV space in the advertising industry
  • Familiarity with TV Measurement and CTV Technical expertise
  • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with strong written and verbal abilities
  • Proven executive presence and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with senior-level clients and industry stakeholders
  • Must be willing to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities
Responsibilities
  • Build the Glance brand in the market to drive familiarity, adoption, and revenue
  • Identify key opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and execute initiatives to achieve sales targets
  • Engage with Operations, Demand Partnerships, and Marketing teams regarding new product solutions and releases to present a 360-degree go-to-market motion
  • Provide market feedback, align sales strategies with product roadmaps, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Represent Glance at industry-relevant functions to increase its visibility and influence annual commitments
  • Attend conferences, networking events, and client meetings to promote Glance TV's unique value proposition and build strong industry relationships
  • Utilize a solution-selling philosophy by uncovering key business requirements and pain points
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, develop customized solutions, and deliver compelling presentations that address client objectives
  • Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization through InMobi’s CRM (Salesforce)
  • Accurately track sales activities, manage client information, and generate reports to monitor progress and inform sales strategies

Glance To Develop Genai-Powered Experiences On Smartphone Lock Screens

Consumer technology company Glance said Wednesday (Feb. 26) that it will use Google’s artificial intelligence (AI) models to develop generative AI-powered experiences on smartphone lock screens and ambient TV screens. Glance currently delivers AI-powered lock screen experiences to more than 450 million Android-based smartphones and 300 million active users across India, Indonesia, Japan, the United States and other countries, the company said in a press release. By leveraging Google’s AI models, the company is building the next generation of Glance, which will bring both content and shopping to the user’s lock screen, according to the release
