Requirements
  • An experienced quality assurance lead or specialist with significant professional experience within the European Union or United Kingdom.
  • Experience managing, validating, or improving quality processes and compliance.
  • Skill in evaluating technical documents, workflows, and standards alignment.
  • Ability to work independently and provide structured, critical feedback.
  • Availability for 8–20 hours per week with prompt availability.
Responsibilities
  • Review and refine artificial-intelligence-generated outputs related to quality controls, process validation, risk assessment, and compliance.
  • Evaluate artificial-intelligence responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements.
  • Draft realistic quality-assurance scenarios based on direct professional experience.
  • Create scenario variations from different perspectives, including quality managers, auditors, and operations leads.
  • Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in artificial-intelligence-generated quality-assurance content.
  • Assess and improve artificial-intelligence-generated content so that it reflects quality-assurance reasoning, industry practices, and operational procedures.
  • Complete a short written assessment after applying.
  • Participate in an artificial-intelligence-powered interview after applying.
