THE ROLE
The Senior Salesforce Developer reports to the Sr. Director of Business Operations, and is responsible for building and maintaining a variety of integrations between our salesforce org and doxo’s back-end systems, using a combination of flows and API callouts.
doxo’s proprietary systems have recently been upgraded with custom, internal APIs. Based on this, we have decided to migrate many of our critical business processes from their disparate platforms into our central Salesforce org. We need an experienced Salesforce developer who can help define, build, and maintain a series of new automations and integration using flows, Apex, and other tools to call these APIs and process the responses.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain automated processes with related API calls in SF.
- Work with multiple internal business owners to collect requirements, define scope, set delivery expectations, plan relevant tests, and handle ongoing change orders.
- Interact with our engineering team on the continued development of the APIs and related processes.
- Independently manage project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Help document and improve the processes related to the job.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in a similar role.
- Expert with Apex, Flows, Visual Force, Lightning Components, JSON, and REST API technology and techniques.
- Proficient with SQL and other data reporting tools and techniques.
- Comfortable with FTP/SFTP concepts and tools.
- Clear and professional communication skills with internal stakeholders.
Preferred additional experience.
- Ruby Script (or similar) experience.
- Automated forms platforms (e.g. FormAssembly, Jotform).
- AWS platform development.
- Amazon Connect CTI development.
WHO WE ARE
Each year U.S. households spend over $4.6 trillion - about one third of all consumer spending - on recurring bill payments. While staying on top of these bills is the single largest determinant for consumer financial health, organizing and paying them can be a time-consuming and frustrating chore. Since its inception, doxo has been on a mission to simplify and reduce the anxiety of staying on top of bills, empowering consumers to improve their financial health. Our company was founded on the simple idea that there should be an easy and more secure way for consumers to pay all of their bills through a single account, with any payment method, on any device.
As consumers shift more bill payments online and to mobile, doxo continues to experience rapid growth. To date, over eight million doxo users across 97% of U.S. zip codes have paid bills through the payment network, across more than 45 different service categories. With more than 130,000 payable billers, doxo’s proprietary, crowd sourced provider directory is the largest in the nation.
In 2021, doxo was named by both BuiltIn and Comparably as a best place to work in Seattle, and was also recognized by both Inc. Magazine and Deloitte as one of the fastest-growing companies in North America. Come join us as we grow the team to further accelerate growth, forever changing the bill pay landscape to focus on the customer.
