- 10+ years of People team experience supporting company-wide process improvements, implementation, development, and functional support
- Expertise in Workday (HCM) modules and functionality
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience leading successful system migrations and integrations, and running integrated systems reporting
- Strong project management skills
- Creation and implementation of cohesive vision toward company goals
- Roadmap Workday optimization to improve current business processes and enable new features
- Propose, create and define system enhancements and process improvements that scale for growth and innovation based on the needs of business units
- Manage, coach and develop a high-functioning team
- Partner cross functionally to troubleshoot, remedy and ensure successful integration with other corporate systems and activities
- Deliver HR analytics, metrics, and reporting tools that are impactful to the business
- Ensure HR system data security, integrity, and accuracy through regular maintenance and system audits
- Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems
- Experience with Shareworks or other equity management system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
