  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of professional experience in sales, account management or related industry
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms – Salesforce and Tableau experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating and closing sales
  • Experience in high growth SaaS is highly desirable
  • Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
Responsibilities
  • Maintain & update all appropriate deal documents ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Execute net new and manage any upgrade requests / conversion of membership to private office, additional passes, etc.
  • Identify when opportunities need to be escalated and work cross-functionally to find the optimal solution for members in a timely manner
  • Position the value of All Access & Business Address
  • Work closely with the Inbound Sales team and Account Executives to ensure member requests are being handled in an effective and timely manner
  • Support internal sales teams on transactional access product sales opportunities as needed
  • Attend meetings between client and salesperson, when requested
  • Collaborate with the Legal Department on any requests for changes to our standard Agreements and obtain the appropriate approvals through AA leadership when applicable
