  • 12+ years of experience selling healthcare products or point solutions into employer groups
  • Demonstrated experience working for or with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefits, or vendor providing ancillary benefits to employers
  • Experience identifying, cultivating and leading commercial talent
  • Bachelors degree in business, communication, marketing or related field preferred
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
  • Outstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills
  • Demonstrated passion and motivation to sell an innovative family building product/s and drive new business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey the Progyny messaging in both in person and via remote sales capacity
  • The ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Responsibilities
  • You will gather prospect feedback, collaborate with internal teams to shape our product roadmap, & deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline while also closing deals, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Be a trusted consultant and an advisor to external parties (benefits executives and healthcare consultants), enabling you to gain insights into your prospects' pain-points and buying needs
  • Become an expert on Progyny’s product and presentations to prospective customers
  • Collaborate well with team members and forecast accurately
  • Understand competitive landscape and position benefit offering to drive new business
