  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels and continents
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
  • Experience in evaluating and improving training program effectiveness
  • Willingness to flex up to 5 days a week in the office depending on training needs
Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive sales training programs
  • Reporting and providing insights and solutions to continuously improve training programs
  • Leading the onboarding process for new joiners
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and optimize learning content
  • Using and managing the learning management system (LMS) to develop and share content
