Responsibilities
  • Be a friendly person who helps others improve and learn from setbacks
  • Build enhancements to existing features as we learn new needs
  • Design and implement new features to automate the most commonly recurring support request
  • Update and maintain production data, working with CSV files and reports
  • Address customer and production concerns promptly
  • Come up with creative and innovative technical solutions that are very practical
  • Use wayfinding techniques to design clean solutions that won't break over time
  • Analyze the impact of changes and optimize for zero-maintenance code
  • Detect potential support problems and resolve them before they surface
  • Develop amazing working relationships with members on other teams
  • Have an interest in grokking every detail of the domain
  • Work closely with Product Managers to understand and clarify what's needed
  • Enjoy pair programming with different developers on the team
