Who we are:
PolyAI builds enterprise voice assistants that carry on natural conversations with customers to solve their problems. Our voice assistants understand customers, regardless of what they say or how they say it. We serve enterprises where customer conversation is an important part of doing business. Our customers include some of the leading names in banking, hospitality, insurance, retail, and telecommunications.
Our enterprise clients deploy PolyAI voice assistants to cut down on wait times and free up live staff to focus on calls requiring empathy and judgment. As a result, our enterprise clients see improved customer satisfaction, employee retention and operational efficiency.
About the role:
PolyAI is hiring a global Senior Vice President of Marketing to supercharge our growth. You will be accountable for performance objectives in demand generation, content marketing, events, brand awareness, customer advocacy, and communications.
You will be responsible for putting together a budget and executing against it. Key metrics of your team include inbound and outbound leads, sales opportunities (and the conversation rate between leads and opportunities), the efficacy of sales enablement programs, and measures of recognition and coverage.
You will lead a team of 8 marketing professionals. You will have the remit to hire as required by the business. You will work closely with the sales and partnership teams and report to the Chief Operating Officer.
PolyAI’s voice assistants are significantly superior in customer experience and business results to legacy technology and current competition. We have objectively proven our value proposition at scale with some of the largest customer-centric brands in the world.
That said, we compete in a crowded market (conversational AI) with a lot of hype, and in a product category (enterprise voice assistants) that has traditionally underperformed customer expectations. We are in the process of refreshing our positioning and messaging to align with our success, and we hope you can translate those results into hypergrowth.
