  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of professional experience working closely with external customers and partners in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Track record of 3+ years exceeding quota
  • 2+ years in a team lead or people leader role with demonstrated success in coaching to performance

Responsibilities
  • Support retention and growth in the Middle Market customer segment
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSM IIIs) on expansion and renewal opportunities for existing customers
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, forecast renewal rates, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
  • Coach and develop CSM IIIs to build their relationship strategy and sales skills
  • Build and execute winning strategies with a focus on increasing presence and achieving goals
