Requirements
  • Heightened attention to detail.
  • A kaizen, or continuous improvement, mindset focused on removing waste from systems and processes.
  • Ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Basic-to-intermediate skill with spreadsheets and dashboards, including Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities
  • Assist OEM Purchasing Representatives and OEM Supply Planners with the execution and flow of stock and made-to-order purchase orders.
  • Manage OEM purchase order creation, accuracy, release, and tracking.
  • Maintain responsibility for commercial supply orders from inception through final delivery.
  • Ensure the correct transformers are ordered from the correct original equipment manufacturers, in the correct quantities, at the correct time, and delivered to the correct locations.
  • Catalog product specifications, OEM Sales Order Acknowledgments, record drawings, test reports, and logistics documentation.
  • Notify OEM Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales stakeholders when significant order milestones are reached or roadblocks are encountered, and work with them toward solutions.
  • Contribute to new stock product launches and supply chain operational efficiency projects.
  • Work in the office with infrequent domestic travel of up to 5%.
