Requirements
  • Preferred enrollment in Bachelor's program with minimum GPA 3.0 (graduation date: December 2024 and later)
  • Desired backgrounds and/or degrees include: Engineering, Statistics, Data Sciences, Life Sciences
  • Must be enrolled in school the semester during the co-op assignment and must be eligible to work full-time on site for 40 hours per week
  • Must have strong analytical, project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be highly organized and have the ability to work in teams in a matrixed environment
  • Candidates should possess broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, operations management and advanced analytical skills
  • Must have the ability to collect, analyze, and integrate information by leveraging appropriate PC/systems technology including Tableau, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Prior technical, engineering, or pharmaceutical work experience a plus
Responsibilities
  • Highlight imbalances, issues, and opportunities to improve operational performance
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Support development and implementation of Biz-Ops strategies at local & network level
  • Utilize data analysis to develop key performance metrics, support capacity models and improve overall operational performance
  • Learn, develop, and leverage analytics tools to inform and recommend methods for continuous improvement
  • Provide project management support
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned
