Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience (supply chain, product or manufacturing experience a plus)
  • Strategic thinking and enterprise mindset
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain effective in an environment of ambiguity, and have strong attention to details
  • Strong analytical skills. Able to manipulate and shape data to answer questions, identify trends, and provide business solutions to complex issues

Responsibilities
  • Creating and executing the FOP sourcing strategy
  • Managing the cost planning process to ensure profitability, helping product teams assess tradeoffs between product cost/margin and other criteria
  • Understand global sourcing process from strategic sourcing to seasonal execution
  • Supporting or leading projects or processes for the organization
