Responsibilities
  • Ensure all departments are fully staffed and capable of daily operations by liaising with managers and Head Chefs.
  • Oversee daily F&B operations, maintaining consistency in food quality and service while meeting company standards.
  • Analyse sales data and F&B costs to guide menu changes and development.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Head of Operations on budgets, reporting, and P&L control.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges in partnership with the team and People & Development (P&D).
  • Serve as the primary contact for department heads regarding F&B-related queries and concerns.
  • Work with the events team to ensure seamless F&B support for events, including staffing, setup, and service.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance management across the F&B team, with support from P&D.
  • Monitor stock levels, oversee stock-taking processes, and ensure adequate inventory for operations.
  • Communicate with members and guests to gather feedback and use insights to improve offerings
