Requirements
  • Hold a current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New York.
  • Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold current AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA certification.
  • Have experience supporting occupational health services, including medical surveillance, vaccinations, return-to-work evaluations, and minor clinical care.
  • Have experience with specimen collection, drug testing collection, and health record documentation within regulated healthcare environments.
  • Comply with applicable site background screening, credentialing, and onboarding requirements.
  • Work within an established on-site clinic environment Monday through Friday during scheduled clinic operating hours.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct occupational health evaluations, pre-employment physicals, return-to-work assessments, and wellness consultations.
  • Provide vaccines, specimen collection, serum banking support, and drug testing collection activities in accordance with approved medical protocols.
  • Deliver walk-in consultations, minor care, first aid, post-exposure response support, and referral coordination when appropriate.
  • Support employee wellness initiatives including health education, smoking cessation, nutrition guidance, and preventive health programming.
  • Maintain health records, medical surveillance tracking, and clinic documentation in accordance with privacy laws and organizational policies.
  • Support clinic supply coordination, inventory maintenance, and daily healthcare workflow operations within an established occupational health program.

  • Experience supporting wellness education, preventive health initiatives, or workplace health programs.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams and structured clinical workflows.
