Requirements
  • At least 2 years of corporate or private aviation experience.
  • A GCAA cabin licence or equivalent is required.
  • A valid SEP is required.
  • At least 2 years of regional experience operating for an owner is required.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills are required.
  • Knowledge of VIP etiquette and protocol is required.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the pilots in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight.
  • Immediately notify the pilot in command of any emergency situation in the cabin.
  • Maintain safety standards in the passenger cabin, galley, and other relevant onboard areas.
  • Brief passengers on the use of safety equipment and cabin procedures.
  • Ensure passenger comfort in accordance with company policies and maintain communication between passengers and the flight deck crew.
  • Execute and coordinate cabin safety and emergency procedures specified in the Operations Manual and Cabin Crew Safety and Emergency Procedures Manual, and inform the flight deck crew of irregularities and malfunctions.
  • Complete VIP pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties as a cabin crew member.
  • Clean the aircraft, galley, cabin, and bathrooms.
  • Prepare VIP five-star menus and create and deliver catering for current and onward flights at outstations within the charter budget.
  • Handle food, drink, and table presentation for dining service.
  • Complete and hand over relevant cabin-related documentation.
  • Maintain aircraft upkeep, restock supplies, and clean the aircraft.
  • Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and the provided company uniform.
  • Maintain personal documents, including passport, visa, licence, medical documentation, crew identification, vaccinations, and the company Cabin Crew Safety and Emergency Procedures Manual.
  • Understand and comply with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to the business.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet the company’s business objectives.
