Responsibilities
  • Own data and evaluations across the platform
  • Oversee data labeling strategy, synthetic data generation, experiment generation, etc.
  • Work closely with the research team to measure performance
  • Collaborate with engineering to build out automated systems
  • Build systems that power agents to complete complex accounting workflows
Desired Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of data-heavy workflows (e.g., data science), experiment design, and managing projects; open to exceptional candidates with fewer years and evidence of exceptional ability
  • Experience with ML is a plus
  • PM experience is a plus, but not required by any means
