  • 3+ years direct management experience running a professional service, engineering service or technical consulting team in SaaS or engineering software industries

  • As the Director / Manager, Rescale Compass Service at Rescale, you will be responsible for defining, building, and managing the global Professional Service and Engineering Service function to enable specialized customer use cases such as AI/ML, SPDM, PLM etc and across multiple industries, such as oil & gas, EDA, CAE, life sciences
  • In this role, you will be leading many exciting projects that push the boundaries of cloud HPC, infrastructure and engineering simulations
  • You will develop and deliver a range of Professional Services offerings to drive the adoption of the Rescale platform, such as HPC workflow customizations, cloud infrastructure integrations, HPC software installations, etc
  • You will own the Statement of Work (SoW) process and partner with other functions to define, scope, and deliver customer projects
  • You will collaborate with Product and Engineering team to develop and scope requirements to enhance the platform or provide integration points to enable and support services work
  • Position the value of paid services offerings to the existing and prospective Rescale customers
  • You will partner with our Solutions Architects team, HPC team, and Customer Success Engineering team to deliver world-class services offering to key strategic customers
  • Hire, onboard, manage and mentor a team of technical Professional Services professionals globally
