- An active Secret security clearance is required.
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
- Two to five years of ServiceNow administration experience is required.
- Four to seven years of overall information technology experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform and information technology service management modules.
- Configure users, roles, workflows, forms, business rules, and notifications.
- Support Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and Configuration Management Database modules.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
- Maintain system documentation and follow information technology service management best practices.
- Collaborate with customers and technical teams to support business requirements and improve platform functionality.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library and information technology service management best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for Information Technology Service Management certification.
