Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience leading sponsorships for a brand, property, league/club, etc.
  • Strong understanding of the sport (soccer) and FIFA
  • Excellent track record working in client facing roles
  • Exceptional attention to detail; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while producing quality work within strict timelines
  • Strong self-starter with excellent team dynamics; outstanding sense to be proactive and jump in wherever needed
  • Excellent ability to work as part of a team while also able to tackle problems effectively and independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Experience managing partner relationships including vendors, suppliers, and assets
  • Extraordinary proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, and willingness to learn – intellectually curious
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel amount: Moderate (20-45%)
Responsibilities
  • Act as a key member on the Client Services team supporting in the management of all aspects of this US partnership with FIFA
  • Assist in leading the day-to-day relationship with clients during weekly statuses by crafting agendas, contributing to the discussions providing real time updates and post-meeting notes
  • Create and maintain a status report to track all deliverables throughout all phases of partnership
  • Create and lead a US partnership toolkit utilized by all agency teams
  • Manage and track contractual asset inventories including creative development, FIFA approvals, and asset utilization
  • Contribute to cross-specialty delivery providing POVs, creative planning, concept development and channel plans relevant to client ROI
  • Assist in managing cross agency workflows to ensure contributions are delivered on time and measurement plans are met
  • Work to create and foster strong relationships with external partner agencies, properties, media and content partners (as needed)
  • Handle all aspects of Value in Kind deliverables
  • Assist in the project management of Host City relationships as needed
  • Support in the execution of asset deliverables pertaining to FIFA test event (in 2025) as needed
  • Support account billing processes including budget management and monthly reconciliations
  • Other administrator tasks as needed
