Requirements
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or transaction management.

  • Ability to analyze documents, understand invoices, and conduct precise follow-ups.

Responsibilities
  • Open orders in the computer system and update records.
  • Process deposits, perform cash reconciliations, and ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Manage refunds, credits, gift cards, and loyalty cards.
  • Manage payments, apply appropriate follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer billing.
  • Produce installation invoices and verify supplier invoices.
  • Analyze and understand invoices, identify discrepancies, and conduct necessary follow-ups.
  • Answer the telephone for reception services and provide professional, efficient customer support.
  • Communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Support the team with related administrative tasks and ensure service continuity.
  • Maintain accurate filing and organization of records and documents.
  • Manage priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Identify logical, structured ways to optimize processes and improve productivity.
  • Learn to use different software and computer systems quickly.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with a cash register, point-of-sale system, or transaction processing.
  • Experience in customer service, administrative coordination, or order management.
  • Knowledge of the window-treatment, design, or interior-decoration industry.
