Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of work experience
- Proven experience as a People Operations professional or HRIS specialist
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to deliver highly sophisticated programs in very expedited timeframes
- Solid understanding of local and regional People practices. Analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail, analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and translating findings into recommended actions
- Proactive, self-directed, motivated, and results-oriented individual with a high dedication to quality while handling multiple, and at times competing, priorities
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Resilient in the face of change with the ability to adjust, adapt, and perform in a constantly evolving environment
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets/Excel
- Workday HCM or other HRIS experience
Responsibilities
- Support day to day People Team processes in Workday, such as employee onboarding and offboarding, creating new roles and backfills for Talent Acquisition, creating and scheduling custom reports for stakeholders, and employee data changes as needed
- Responsible for data integrity in Workday; ensure our data is clean, consistent, and up to date through establishing processes and regular audits to continuously improve the quality of data
- Ensure full compliance with all data standards globally
- Create and deliver Workday Training and Documentation for the People Team and the Business
- Manage the People Team Jira Ticketing System - respond to relevant tickets and delegate other tickets to appropriate team members
- Create and distribute employee change, compensation adjustment, and bonus letters
- Create performance calibration analytics and insights materials for our annual performance review cycle
- Create People Analytics Dashboards and Reporting as requested by Leadership and PBPs
- Partner with Zwift's Workday Analyst and Administrator on the IT Team for upgrades, process improvements, and new functionality to ensure the system is meeting the needs of Zwift
- Partner with Zwift's Finance Team on the annual budgeting process, ensuring data and budgets are accurately represented in Workday, regularly scheduled payroll, and annual bonus payments
- Support the administration of our Global Mobility program. Includes working directly with employees and vendors to ensure a smooth transition and a great experience
- Support management of all immigration cases in partnership with People Business Partners and external immigration resources
- Recommend new approaches and procedures to improve HR processes
