Requirements
  • 10 ~ 16 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
  • Should have completed minimum Three end-to-end implementations in Recruiting, Core HR, Talent Management
  • Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of leading client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics
  • Handles client relationships, enabling effective communication
  • Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise
  • Directs process redesign efforts
  • Leads technical and test teams for the implementation of functionality
  • Arrange change activities to enable business adoption and provides effective user training
  • Manages the project lifecycle to enable timely project delivery
  • Meets with stakeholders throughout the organization to confirm a thorough set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining an understanding of current and future state business processes
  • Provides in-depth knowledge of the Oracle application and evaluates the customer’s processes against the standard Salesforce functionality
  • Experience in use of Oracle in a support/AMS environment
  • Documents the business requirements which express what actions a solution should take and what outcome is expected
  • Responsible for fixes and enhancements to the application to achieve the customer’s business requirements
  • Has industry experience and understands challenges and risks when providing professional services and supporting vertical applications and localizations
  • Ability to analyze and understand business problems

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions
  • Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing
  • Familiar with and experienced in Core application functionality, Implementation Methodology, and Application technology stack
  • ITIL process knowledge/understanding is highly preferred
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications experience
  • Should have completed minimum ONE end-to-end implementation support cycle in Fusion HCM, upgradation, lift and shift and support projects experience
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion HCM Functional Talent Management
  • Experience on Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development and Learn modules
  • Customizing templates (Talent Review, Talent Management, etc.)
  • Managing Workforce profiles, Defining goals, Worker Performances, Succession Plan, Talent pools and Talent Reviews
  • Understanding on data flow between the modules of Talent Management
  • Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise configuration, Workforce Structures, FlexFields Security and Roles
  • Experience in working with Oracle Support for various issue resolutions
  • Hands on experience in Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain sign-off
  • Should be able to perform fit gap analysis
  • Should create and maintain the configuration workbooks
  • Experience in supporting period end closure activities
  • Generate ad hoc reports to measure and to communicate the health of the applications
  • Focus on reducing recurrence issues caused by the Oracle Fusion application
  • Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, user training and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements
  • Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Should have good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Coordinate with team to close the client requests on time and within SLA
  • Should be able to manage the HCM Track independently, interact with clients, conduct business requirement meetings and user training sessions
  • High level of knowledge of other Fusion modules like Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits & Payroll functionality is a plus
  • Expertise in developing Fast formulas is preferred
  • Expertise in developing OTBI/BI reports
  • Expertise to create HDL data load templates
