Requirements
  • A minimum of 10+ years of total experience is required.
  • At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience with a strong track record designing and implementing solutions is required.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead, guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in ServiceNow implementations, is required.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation, Customer Service Management, and integrations is required.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases is required.
  • Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture and web services integration, including SOAP, Web Services Description Language, and REST, is required.
  • Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and Active Directory Federation Services for authentication and access management is required.
  • Experience integrating enterprise software systems is required.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
  • ITIL v4 Certification is required.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze business needs, current system architecture, and future goals to design optimal ServiceNow solutions.
  • Create scalable, maintainable technical blueprints aligned with business requirements and platform capabilities.
  • Design and oversee integrations with enterprise systems using industry-standard protocols such as REST and SOAP.
  • Ensure architecture aligns with best practices, platform governance, and security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Deliver solution recommendations, proof of concepts, and demos tailored to client environments.
  • Contribute to estimates, proposals, and implementation plans during pre-sales and request-for-proposal phases.
  • Participate in client workshops, stakeholder presentations, and solution envisioning sessions.
  • Lead cross-functional technical teams, including developers and administrators, throughout project delivery.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows to meet functional requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and code reviews to ensure technical quality and performance.
  • Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and provide training for end users and support teams.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements for scalability and efficiency.
  • Support change-management efforts and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
  • Stay current on ServiceNow product updates, new features, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to internal best practices, reusable components, and documentation standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery models and DevOps pipelines is preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification, including ITSM, CSM, or HRSD specialization, is preferred.

Endava reported a challenging fiscal Q3, with revenue falling 8.4% to £178.5 million, as delayed client decisions, Middle East disruption and slower pipeline conversion weighed on demand. The company lowered its full-year guidance, citing particular weakness in banking and capital markets. Adjusted profit before tax dropped to £3.2 million from £24.6 million year-over-year, whilst adjusted earnings per share fell to £0.05. Free cash flow turned negative and borrowings rose to £195.8 million as share repurchases continued. Despite near-term challenges, Endava is accelerating its AI pivot, with AI-driven revenue reaching 15% of quarterly sales. The company deployed its Dava.Flow framework with 12 clients and announced partnerships with Mastercard, Google Cloud and NatWest's Tyl. Tyl by NatWest taps Endava for Dava.Flow solution. The expanded collaboration between the two companies will also see Tyl by NatWest utilise Endava's engineering expertise and components from its Payments Gateway Accelerator. May 15, 2026 NatWest has expanded its partnership with London-listed business transformation group Endava, with the collaboration aiming to "accelerate the evolution" of the bank's merchant payments division, Tyl, according to a joint statement. Under this latest agreement, Tyl by NatWest will leverage Endava's AI-native Dava.Flow delivery model and components from its Payments Gateway Accelerator to increase the speed at which new products and services are brought to market. Endava specialises in building and updating software systems for banks, payment providers, and organisations across sectors including retail, automotive, and travel. Enhancements will focus specifically on payment acceptance capabilities for small and medium-sized businesses served by Tyl in the UK while also "unlocking new revenue opportunities", according to Tyl CEO James Hodgson. The number of merchants served by Tyl grew approximately 5% between 2024 and 2025, with the figure now standing at around 40,000, as stated in NatWest's annual report and accounts for last year.
