Responsibilities
  • Nurture inbound prospects using the dealership's needs-analysis sales approach.
  • Provide dealership and product information, answer customer questions, and connect customers with an in-store sales manager.
  • Follow up with prospects promptly and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Pull and manage leads through the customer relationship management system.
  • Respond to inquiries by phone, text, chat, or email.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for products, services, and the dealership brand.
  • Convert online interest into in-store appointments.
  • Follow communication scripts to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Log customer interactions in real time.
  • Build working relationships with dealership personnel.
  • Meet or exceed response-time and conversion performance goals.
  • Complete manufacturer training to become an expert.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call-center environments is preferred.
  • Automotive experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems such as DriveCentric, VinSolutions, or Elead is preferred.
