It offers QSEHRA and ICHRA, where employers allocate a fixed monthly amount employees can use for insurance or medical expenses. The company runs a platform that handles setup, administration, and paperwork, charging fees for these services, plus personalized advice and negotiated savings. Its focus on HRA-based options and practical support helps small teams tailor benefits without traditional plan complexities, aiming to improve satisfaction and reduce administrative burden.
