  • BS degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years Human Resources generalist experience

  • Compliance management including background checks and employee eligibility verifications
  • Implementation of new hire orientation and maintaining employee files
  • Implementing employee recognition programs
  • Assisting in performance evaluation and development programs
  • Managing employee relations and resolving complex issues
  • Participating in performance management including disciplinary meetings and terminations
  • Administering and executing programs including compensation, benefits, and leaves
  • Reviewing, educating, and communicating company policies and practices
  • Managing Worker’s Compensation claims and OSHA logs
  • Implementing and managing HRIS System, Performance Dashboard, and Reporting
  • Overseeing Health Benefits Open Enrollment and monthly benefit enrollments
