Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing.
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
  • Experience providing parent or caregiver training in person and via telehealth.
  • Experience with diverse family systems and cultural considerations.
  • Experience working with interpreter services.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, caregiver-focused Applied Behavior Analysis services designed to improve client outcomes through active caregiver involvement.
  • Provide individualized caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across home and community settings, increase caregiver confidence, and ensure consistency of interventions outside direct therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with families, clinical teams, and other service providers to implement practical, trauma-informed strategies aligned with each client's treatment goals.
  • Support treatment planning and caregiver readiness.
  • Provide ongoing consultations to address barriers to implementation and maximize long-term success.
  • Deliver services across clinic, home, and telehealth settings.
  • Accommodate caregiver availability through adaptable scheduling and travel between locations to support service delivery.
