Requirements
  • Industry-related experience is beneficial.
  • Management experience is required.
  • A favorable background-check result is required as applicable by state.
  • Proof of identity and the right to work in the United States must be provided.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • The role requires frequent walking, sitting, and standing; regular bending, stooping, and reaching; the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds; strong fine motor skills and full use of the hands; and visual and auditory acuity.
  • Occasional driving or climbing may be necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through effective execution of the Total Patient Experience.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with the doctors associated with the office location and serve as liaison between the doctors and the office team.
  • Recruit, select, train, coach, and develop team members, including coaching on KPI scorecard results.
  • Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
  • Exercise judgment and use tools to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
  • Motivate team members and communicate changes or news in a supportive and constructive manner.
  • Maintain the facility to corporate standards, including the building, equipment, parking lot, and grounds, as well as safety rules, HIPAA and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements, hazardous-material handling, and waste disposal.
  • Monitor and enforce company cash-handling policies and procedures, including petty cash, and submit required financial documents accurately and on schedule.
  • Execute day-to-day office operations, including team-member scheduling, weekly meetings, report generation, inventory assessment, supply ordering, and team-member training.
Desired Qualifications
  • ABO, NCLE, and/or LDO credentials are preferred.
  • Travel to other locations may be required to perform essential job duties.
