Requirements
- Experience with Genesys Framework and Genesys Voice Platform including SIP Server, URS, Config Server, DB Server, Routing Statistics Servers, Reporting Statistics Servers, and Interaction Center
- Experience with Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) and Framework
- Experience with Genesys Inbound Voice Application 8.1, GVP, Workforce Management, Infomart, Interaction Workspace
- Experience with Change, Incident/Service Request/Release Management on Genesys and upgrades of Genesys components
Responsibilities

- Application Operation, Maintenance and Development
- Work on Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) and Framework
- Work on Genesys Inbound Voice Application 8.1, GVP, Workforce Management, Infomart, Interaction Workspace
- Manage Change, Incident, Service Request, and Release processes on Genesys and perform upgrades of Genesys components
