Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact for the Topeka office and manage additional administrative functions for satellite offices in surrounding areas as necessary.
  • Handle customer service, billing, and phone duties.
  • Handle internal communication with sales professionals, process deposits for sales orders, and create sales orders.
  • Resolve monthly unapplied cash reports.
  • Assist with billing.
  • Set up material orders for the purchasing department.
  • Process lien waivers and requests for W-9 forms and certificates of insurance.
  • Handle office supply and apparel ordering and inventory.
  • Manage additional administrative functions for satellite offices in the surrounding areas as necessary.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or administrative positions.
