Requirements
  • Bachelors degree (BA or BS)
  • Minimum of five years of successful, professional, property management experience in a commercial office environment with high rise experience
  • Minimum of seven years experience in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Proficiency with 3rd party software for maintenance of service records
  • Proficiency with financial software such as Yardi and Nexus Payables
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operational management of buildings and grounds
  • Assist leasing team to achieve budgeted leasing goals
  • Manage tenant-focused relationship programs and processes
  • Gather, analyze and report statistical and financial data
  • Administer tenant leases in compliance with lease provisions
  • Conduct regular building visits and ensure building inspections are conducted on a regular basis
  • Supervise on-site staff and other property teams
  • Plan, organize and control employee-focused activities
  • Complete owner reports and other required corporate reporting requirements on time
