Responsibilities
  • Support pipeline operations and scheduling by leveraging existing system functionalities and available data.
  • Diagnose issues with QPTM functionality and reporting tools
  • Assist with QPTM application administrator functions, including configuration, security, and system maintenance.
  • Manage large scale implementations of existing or new systems, coordinating efforts across multiple groups, ensuring a timely completion and smooth transition. Liaise with vendor partners to design, test, and implement business process changes, enhancements, and resolve issues.
  • Assist users in troubleshooting application issues by working closely with business users.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all system changes and solutions, while supporting business users and ensuring industry knowledge of natural gas transportation.
  • Gather requirements for new features or enhancements from business users.
  • Develop data driven visuals and models to increase scalability and facilitate improved business performance.
  • Work closely with operations to understand the business processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
  • Design and prototype data analytics pipelines that effectively summarize data for identification of trends and correlations.
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of operations to help answer strategic business questions and ensure operations has the necessary tools to make informed decisions.
  • Identify process inefficiencies within operations and recommend solutions and/or process changes.
  • Build and manage integrations with other WhiteWater systems, ensuring seamless flow of information between systems.
  • Participate in large IT projects, contribute to relevant change management activities, and ensure overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
