Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales recruiting required
  • Bachelor's degree requirement
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, handle sensitive/confidential information and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be able make decisions based upon a set of established criteria and/or set of rules/exceptions
  • Exceptional written communication skills are required

Responsibilities
  • Source and interview job candidates
  • Work with sales and company leadership on job requirements, candidate reviews, and pipeline updates
  • Deliver an excellent client and customer experience for the candidates and recruiters
  • Ensure proper administration of candidate assessments and movement and candidate through the screening process
  • Take necessary steps to ensure that the due diligence is complete for both external and internal candidates
  • Make or check offers as well as other recruitment administrator tasks
