Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales recruiting required
- Bachelor's degree requirement
- Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, handle sensitive/confidential information and manage multiple priorities
- Must be able make decisions based upon a set of established criteria and/or set of rules/exceptions
- Exceptional written communication skills are required
- Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change while meeting multiple deadlines and priorities
- Excellent customer service, organization and follow through skills with a focus on risk and controls
- Ability to raise issues, process improvement items with recommendations for potential solutions
- Experience in a high volume, production type of environment is preferred
Responsibilities
- Source and interview job candidates
- Work with sales and company leadership on job requirements, candidate reviews, and pipeline updates
- Deliver an excellent client and customer experience for the candidates and recruiters
- Ensure proper administration of candidate assessments and movement and candidate through the screening process
- Take necessary steps to ensure that the due diligence is complete for both external and internal candidates
- Make or check offers as well as other recruitment administrator tasks
