About the Role

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-centric individuals to join ourSupport Team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of supporting both new and existingEwayandEzidebitcustomers, addressing a variety of inquiries and playing a critical role in their journey with us. Working in a small, collaborative team within an open-plan office, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional service with a strong emphasis on building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails from business-to-business customers promptly and effectively;
• Investigating and resolving customer inquiries with a solution-focused approach;
• Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of client data;
• Identifying recurring issues or trends affecting customers and escalating them appropriately to ensure timely resolutions.

Salary

The salary range for this role is $67,000 - $70, 000 + superannuation.
