Job Summary:
rag & bone is looking for a Creative Producer responsible for managing photo shoot production, overseeing projects and seasonal product campaigns, and partnering with photographers and in-house creative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage eCommerce, Editorial, Campaign & Social Media Shoot Production for both photo and video content. This includes managing budgets, hiring retouchers, creating schedules, communicating with Marketing, Merch, eCommerce and Art Directors to ensure web and print needs are met, seeing that deadlines are met, and delivering final imagery to proper stakeholders on schedule.
- Prioritize projects and plan for seasonal product campaigns
- Provide production and technical Support on-set for both Photographers and Digital Technicians
- Book freelance vendors for both E-Commerce and Editorial Shoots
- Manage studios, house rentals and vendor relationships
- Own Opex and budgets for Art Marketing & Digital team for brand and eCommerce shoots and consistently partner with FP&A and Accounting teams
- Create Photo and Video Technical Specification Documentation and workflow for Digital Technicians and Photographers that adhere to
- Work with Photographers and Videographers on equipment needs to achieve each brand’s desired outcomes for specific shoots
- Partner with Art Director on casting for all shoots; establish relationships with modeling and agencies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years relevant experience within the fashion industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a hands-on environment
