Requirements
  • At least three years of experience providing IT end user and systems support.
  • Available for after hours and weekend support as part of an on-call rotation.
  • Able to troubleshoot and correct OS and application issues with Windows 10/11, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android.
  • Able to troubleshoot and correct Wi-Fi and wired networking issues.
  • Able to create basic configuration documentation, KB articles, and how-to documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and correct issues remotely, using remote management tools and methodologies.
  • Scripting with PowerShell, Python, and Linux Bash.
  • Experience with Office 365, Azure, and Intune.
  • Able to work independently, with strong self-direction and initiative, as well as within a team.
Responsibilities
  • Provides day to day support for Windows 10, Mac, and Linux users.
  • Active Directory account creation and account management.
  • Supports desktop and laptop imaging.
  • Supports remote Cisco AnyConnect VPN users.
  • Supports various cloud technologies, from video conferencing, to O365, SSO, and other cloud collaboration tools.
  • Asset management, equipment ordering, and order tracking.
  • Basic network troubleshooting.
  • Other job related duties assigned.
