  • Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network and Communications Management, or another directly related technical field
  • Three (3) years of experience in the Marketing Automation Administration field
  • Experience must include three (3) years with each of the following: (i) hands-on design, prototyping, development, configuration, and testing; (ii) SQL Master; (iii) implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS); (iv) building websites using SFMC CloudPages; (v) web service integration (REST/SOAP); (vi) managing system updates through version control software, such as Git; and (vii) documenting and reporting status of technical builds
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform and Marketing Cloud Connect, including the Marketing Cloud contact data model
  • Knowledge of how to translate technical solutions into functional web components or SFMC components
  • Knowledge of how to develop dynamic email templates
Responsibilities
  • Leading software requirement and development efforts for the Department’s marketing team, including translating the marketing platform vision into an aligned technical/software solution
  • Managing the software development and technical enhancement of the SFMC platform tool
  • Performing SQL based query software development, data management, and technology optimization
  • Building custom platform reporting and data exports
  • Creating dynamic and complex software scripting solutions
  • Conducting software testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance measures
  • Maintaining technical knowledge of the SFMC platform and advising the Department with respect to the same
  • Supporting technical software integrations with other Salesforce solution platforms for the Department
