We are seeking a midlevel social media strategist and subject matter expert to join one of the largest teams at VML working on one of our most established brands.
You’re a curious, culturally-fluent strategist who loves to question assumptions and challenge the status quo. You’ll uncover insights that can guide a brand’s ideas and decisions in social.

Develop social strategies, social playbooks, activations and campaign ideas

Conduct and synthesize research, social listening and other data to contribute to a brand’s strategic decisions

Partner with creative, strategy, data and media teams to support a brand’s social marketing goals

3-5 years of social marketing experience

Experience working independently and ability to move projects forward without detailed direction

Understanding of social platforms and functions, and the ability to share that knowledge with others

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
