  • Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; Experience building and managing relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication, data driven analysis and modeling, and presentation of options and alternatives
  • Strong MS Excel skills; experience with G-Suite a plus
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM or similar
  • Develop, improve and own our company-wide headcount forecast and modeling. Assess the forecast to ensure that it is accurate, precise, credible and achievable
  • Serve as the lead finance business partner for the Legal and Finance teams
  • Support the development of tools and processes to evaluate the effectiveness of Cruise's spend
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes
  • Develop appropriate metrics and dashboards that provide meaningful insights for various critical metrics/OKRs
  • Create, develop, and maintain detailed financial and operating models to help predict future performance and guide strategic business decisions
  • Ensure compliance by leveraging appropriate teams, controls, and systems
